Initial Home Visit
Home visits are designed to meet individual nutrition needs and can include goal setting, a kitchen assessment, meal plans, grocery lists, etc. Educational materials and a comprehensive nutrition plan will also be provided.
One and a half hour initial visit: $175*
One-hour follow up visit: $100*
*Prices may vary depending on distance traveled.
Individual Grocery Store Tour
Grocery store tours involve a guided tour of your preferred grocer with focus on navigating the aisles, healthy choices, shopping on a budget and improving sustainability.
One-hour tour: $90
Thrive Package
Package includes a home visit, three one-hour follow up home visits and an individual grocery store tour.
Package: $475 (savings of $75)
Nutrition Education Group
Nutrition groups may involve cooking demos, open discussions and educational presentations of desired or relevant topics. Groups take place on a monthly basis. If you are interested, please email thrive.rdn@gmail.com and details will be provided.
One-hour group: $30/participant
Bariatric Surgery Nutrition Counseling
Meet with Barbara to receive a comprehensive nutrition plan for pre and post weight loss surgery.

Video Conference and Meal Plan
Video conferences are completed virtually and can include educational materials, goal setting and an individualized meal plan.
One-hour Meeting: $120
Phone Consultation
Phone consultations can cover individualized nutrition support and goal setting.
Thirty-minute meeting: $50
(+$1/minute overage)
